- We’ll discuss your needs (residential or commercial, interior or exterior, special services like deck staining, epoxy floors, etc.) and schedule an on-site visit if needed.
Project Assessment & Proposal
- Our experienced team inspects surfaces to be painted (walls, ceilings, siding, trim, etc.) to check for needed prep work, repairs, or special coatings.
- We prepare a detailed proposal that outlines scope, materials, timeline, and cost — so you clearly know what to expect.
Surface Preparation & Cleaning
- We begin by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing surfaces (removing old paint, patching holes or cracks, smoothing rough spots).
- For exterior jobs or surfaces affected by dirt/grime, we also offer power washing or pressure cleaning to ensure a clean base.

- We protect floors, furniture, fixtures, landscaping — anything not being painted — using drop cloths, tape, plastic sheeting, etc.
