Valued Customer,

To ensure a smooth and efficient installation process, please take the following steps before our team arrives:

  1. Clear the Area:
Remove all personal items, furniture, vehicles, tools, storage bins, and any other belongings from the floor where the coating will be applied. The space should be completely empty to allow our team full access to the surface.
  2. DO NOT WASH FLOOR OR INTRODUCE ANY MOISTURE
  3. Provide Access:
Ensure our crew has clear and safe access to the work area, including driveways, garages, or gates.
  4. Plan for Drying Time:
Walking 12 Hours, Driving 48 Hours, Fully Cured in 72 Hours for chemical and stain resistance.
  5. Items Left Hanging on Wall:
We utilize commercial vacuums with HEPA filtration but dust and random flakes may accumulate on windows, blinds, shades, shelving and other wall hung objects.
  6. Pets & Children:
For safety, please keep pets and children away from the work area during installation and curing time.

Aftercare Instructions:

Protect the Surface:
Avoid dragging furniture, tools, storage bins, or other heavy items across the floor. Use caution when moving items back into the space to prevent scratches or damage to the coating.

Routine Cleaning:
Sweep or dust mop the floor regularly to remove dirt, dust, sand, and debris that can cause surface scratches. For routine cleaning, use a microfiber mop with warm water and a small amount of pH-neutral floor cleaner approved for coated
floors. Follow the cleaner manufacturer's dilution instructions and avoid leaving standing water on the surface.

Deep Cleaning:
For heavier dirt or spills, use a soft microfiber mop or a soft-bristle brush with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Rinse with clean water if required by the cleaner's instructions, then remove excess water with a mop or squeegee.
Allow the floor to dry completely before use.

Avoid Harsh Cleaners & Abrasives:
Do not use acidic or highly alkaline cleaners, citrus-based cleaners, vinegar, bleach, abrasive powders, scouring pads, steel wool, or stiff wire brushes unless specifically approved for your coating. Avoid cleaners
containing harsh solvents and products that leave waxy, oily, or slippery residues. Do not use abrasive cleaning tools that may dull or damage the finish.

Clean Spills Promptly:
Wipe up oil, grease, chemicals, and other spills as soon as possible. Clean the affected area with an appropriate cleaner and follow all product safety instructions. Do not allow harsh chemicals or automotive fluids to remain on
the floor for extended periods.

Avoid Excess Moisture:
Keep the floor dry during the curing period. Do not wash or wet-clean the floor until the coating has fully cured, at least 72 hours after installation. Avoid leaving standing water on the surface after curing.

Furniture & Heavy Items:
Wait until the recommended curing time has passed before returning furniture, shelving, vehicles, or equipment to the area. Use protective pads under furniture legs and avoid sliding heavy objects across the surface. Use appropriate
load-distribution methods for heavy equipment.

Long-Term Care:
Regular sweeping and proper cleaning will help preserve the coating's appearance and performance. Place mats at entryways to reduce the amount of dirt, sand, and moisture tracked onto the floor. Avoid dragging sharp or heavy objects across the surface.
